Understanding Role Templates
When you invite a staff member (via Admin > Add User), you assign them a Role Template:
- Church Owner: Ultimate authority. Can change billing, delete the organization, and manage all settings.
- Church Admin: High-level access to system settings and user management.
- Financial Admin: Restricted to the Giving module. Cannot alter system settings but has full access to Stripe, donations, and donor PII.
- General Staff: Day-to-day operations. Can manage events, people, and groups.
Seat Limits
Your subscription plan dictates how many "Staff" level accounts you can provision.
- Core Plan: 1 Admin Seat
- Growth Plan: 3 Admin Seats
- Ministry Pro: 10 Admin Seats If you exceed your limit, you will be blocked from creating new User accounts until you upgrade your plan.
