Understanding Role Templates
When you invite a staff member (via Admin → Team), you assign them a Role Template:
- Church Owner: Ultimate authority. Can change billing, delete the organization, and manage all settings.
- Owner / Admin: Full access, including system settings, billing, and inviting other staff.
- Finance Manager: Giving and financial reports — donations, funds, and donor records. Can't change system settings.
- Staff: Day-to-day operations — manage events, people, and groups.
- Care Leader / Volunteer Coordinator / Communications: Focused roles that unlock just their ministry area.
- Member: Your congregation — they see only their own portal (giving history, groups, events), never admin areas.
Staff Seats
Your plan sets how many staff accounts you can add (members are always unlimited and free):
- Launch: 3 staff seats
- Engage: 25 staff seats
- Multiply: 50 staff seats
- Network: unlimited If you reach your limit, you can add extra seats or upgrade your plan from Admin → Billing.
