Create events, set up recurring schedules, and track attendance over time.

Creating an Event

  1. Go to Events > New Event and fill in the title, date, time, and location.
  2. Add a description that will appear on the public calendar if you choose to make the event visible.
  3. Assign the event to a category (Worship, Youth, Outreach, etc.) for easier filtering.

Recurring Events

For weekly services or monthly meetings, toggle Recurring when creating the event.

  • Choose a frequency: daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
  • Set an end date or leave it open-ended.
  • Each occurrence can be individually edited if a specific week has different details.

Tracking Attendance

Once check-in is enabled for an event, attendance is recorded automatically. To review:

  1. Navigate to Reports > Attendance.
  2. Filter by event type, date range, or specific group.
  3. View trends over time with the built-in line chart, which shows week-over-week growth or decline.

Calendar View

The Events > Calendar page provides a month, week, or day view of all scheduled events. You can drag and drop events to reschedule them, and color coding reflects each event category.
