Connecting Stripe

To process digital transactions, you must link your bank account to Stripe.

  1. Navigate to Admin > Platform and locate the Stripe configuration section.
  2. Enter your STRIPE_SECRET_KEY obtained from your Stripe Dashboard.
  3. Click "Connect". SteepleOS will instantly begin routing checkout sessions via your Stripe merchant account.

Processing Recurring Pledges

Members can set up automated weekly or monthly tithes.

  1. On the public Giving page, a member selects "Recurring".
  2. You can view all active pledges under Giving > Pledges.
  3. If a card expires, SteepleOS automatically emails the contributor prompting them to update their payment methods.

End of Year Tax Statements

In January, you can generate PDF tax statements for all contributors automatically. Go to Giving > Statements and click "Generate All".
