Creating a Pathway
- Go to Admin > Pathways and click New Pathway.
- Give the pathway a name (e.g., "New Believer Foundations", "Leadership Development").
- Add steps in sequence. Each step includes a title, description, and completion criteria.
- Completion criteria can be: attending a specific class, meeting with a mentor, completing a reading, or simply self-reporting.
Enrolling Members
- Enroll members manually from their profile page under the Pathways tab.
- Or set up auto-enrollment rules. For example, automatically enroll all new visitors into the "Welcome Journey" pathway.
- Members receive an email notification when they are enrolled, with a link to view their progress.
Tracking Progress
View pathway progress from two angles:
- Per member: On any person's profile, the Pathways tab shows which pathways they are in and which steps they have completed.
- Per pathway: Under Admin > Pathways, click into any pathway to see a dashboard of all enrolled members, their current step, and overall completion rates.
Certificates & Recognition
When a member completes all steps in a pathway, they can receive an automated congratulations email. Optionally, generate a PDF completion certificate for in-person recognition.
