How long does migration take?

Most migrations complete within 24-48 hours. Complex migrations with large datasets may take up to 5 business days.

Is my data safe during migration?

All data transfers use AES-256 encryption. Your source platform credentials are deleted immediately after migration.

What if I don't have API credentials?

No worries! Submit the request without credentials and our team will walk you through finding them, or help you export a CSV instead.

Can I keep using my old system during migration?

Absolutely. The migration reads from your existing system without modifying anything. You can run both in parallel until you're ready to switch.
